Hello! I'm Zoe Davis, the founder of The New Leaf, a thriving boutique well-being service and community dedicated to promoting lasting positivity and personal growth.
With nearly three decades of experience in natural therapies, I am humbled to have had the opportunity to help thousands of individuals achieve greater happiness and self-empowerment.
In 2020, I moved from Sydney's Northern Beaches to Maleny, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast hinterland, and started afresh under The New Leaf brand. This reflects my mission to inspire and empower those eager to design lives beyond the daily grind. My unwavering passion for helping others is matched only by my enthusiasm for learning and enjoying each new day and all the goodness it can bring!

Education & experience
I have almost 30 years of experience as a wellness therapist, coach, and creator of lifestyle programs. My journey started in my early 20s when I studied Naturopathy and Remedial Massage. Then, I migrated to Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Kinesiology successfully integrated my experience in Eastern and Western therapies into a unique and cohesive methodology.
Completed Healing Programs™ Over the years, I have refined my craft by creating and developing the Completed Healing Programs™, which are now distilled into five dynamic session programs. These gentle and powerful programs guide individuals through the essential phases of healing and take them deeper into the process.
Positive Kinesiology™ While my foundational interest lies in TCM and Kinesiology, I blend it with the principles of Positive Psychology to create a unique and effective approach. This blend, which I call Positive Kinesiology™, elevates the possibilities of improvement to new heights by focusing on helping people clear what is blocking them from "creating" the life they want rather than trying to "control" the life they have.
No words describe how grateful I am to my many wonderful and amazing clients for allowing me to hone my skills and see what is possible working together. I also have immense appreciation for my teachers, who saw something in me, and my peers, who encouraged me to walk the path I continue to be on.
